Shipping & Return Policy

Here at Sudsy Dreams we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will work to correct the issue.

All of our products are pH tested prior to packaging and shipping to ensure they are safe to use. 

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase, unless it is a pre-order. Pre-orders will be processed and shipped as soon as they become available. 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in new unopened condition. Refunds will be processed once the return tracking number is verified in route to its destination. No returns will be accepted on custom orders. Defective products can be returned in any condition, but still must be processed within 30 days of purchase.
