Information Required:
Name
Phone Number
Email
Requested scent
Requested coloring
Item type (Naked Soaps, Soaps in a Blanket, Skin Refreshers, or Mineral Salts)
Quantity (in increments of 10)

Lead times run at about 6 weeks for soaps and 3 weeks for skin refreshers and mineral salts.
